Registration Fee: There is a one-time $10.00 registration fee per family, effective for new students as of September 1, 2008.
Payment: Payment in full is appreciated. This can be done by either providing a valid credit card, personal check, or cash. All balances must be paid by the end of each program session, and in advance or on the day of one time classes, private lessons if not incorporated within a program, programs or workshops.
Enrollment: Please note that Second Stage Studio has set a minimum class size; however we may waive the set minimum at our discretion. In addition, we must abide by our set age requirements for our youth classes as the courses are created accordingly. We can and will do our best to accommodate all students.
Weather Policy: In general, Second Stage Studio follows the closings of the Cumberland schools. Sometimes we will open for evening classes and performances or open on time even if the school system decides not to. You may call the office at 401.334.4800 to confirm the schedule during severe weather. If inclement weather occurs later in the afternoon, evening, or on a Saturday or Sunday, Second Stage Studio reserves the right to close and cancel activities. Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be made up, if calendar and space permit.
Make-up Classes: If the class instructor is absent, the class will be made up. Students are allowed one make-up class per session.
Withdrawals, refunds and cancellations: If Second Stage Studio cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, we will refund all tuition. Notice of student withdrawal from instruction must be made to Second Stage Studio in writing. Requests may be submitted to secondstagestudio@verizon.net or mailed to Second Stage Studio,1 Angell Road, Cumberland,RI 02864. Verbal notice or requests cannot be accepted.

Dismissals: Second Stage Studio reserves the right to dismiss any student because of disciplinary problems and/or past due tuition payments. Students dismissed will not receive tuition credits or refunds.
Photo, Video, Recording Release:
Second Stage Studio may use or cause to be used all photography, videotaping, recordings, and names for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. Others may use and/or reproduce said photographing, videotaping, and recording with or without Second Stage Studio’s consent. Second Stage Studio and its entire staff, faculty, customers and appointed advertising agencies and their staff, faculty, and customersare released from all claims of any kind on account of such use.
